U4GM Reveals How to complete the Book Puzzle in Black Ops 7

Inlägg av Smsnaker235 »

If you want to beat the Book Puzzle in Astra Malorum without a dozen failed tries, start in a quiet CoD BO7 Bot Lobby so you can practice the steps without live match pressure. The puzzle asks you to read a rotating list, count matching titles on three shelves, and then spin three statues the exact number of full turns within a short window. Each step matters, so take them slowly at first in the Bot Lobby until the rhythm feels natural.

Step 1 — Grab the book list from the Archive of Orbis

Go to the Archive of Orbis and find the terminal in the brain-step area. Interact with the terminal and a scrolling list of titles will appear. You must copy those titles exactly because only those named books count. Use a screenshot or write the names down on your phone so you do not rely on memory. The list changes every round, so you must capture it before the round timer forces you to move.

Step 2 — Count the required books on each shelf

Walk to the three bookcase sections labeled left, middle, and right. For each section, count how many books match the list you recorded. Only count exact matches. Do not count extra books or similar titles. The number you get for each section becomes the exact number of full 360° rotations you will give the matching statue. For example, two matched titles on the left shelf means two full rotations for the left statue. Write the three numbers down in order so you do not mix them up when the timer starts.

Step 3 — Rotate the statues with steady timing

When the round spawns you have a strict time window to rotate the statues. Move to the statues that face the left, middle, and right bookcases. Start rotating as soon as the timer allows. Count each full 360° spin out loud if that helps. The game counts only full rotations, so half or jitter turns will not register. Keep your motions steady and avoid frantic flicks. A steady one-second per rotation pace often works well, but practice the exact rhythm in the Bot Lobby so you hit the number reliably under pressure.

Step 4 — Open the Neptune doorway and collect the reward

If you complete the rotations correctly within the allotted time, the puzzle resolves and the hidden door to Neptune opens. Step through the door and claim the loot chest inside. The reward is worth the small effort: you will find high-value drops and useful items that help the run. If the door does not open, check your notes and replay the sequence in the CoD BO7 Bot Lobbies for sale. Small errors in counting or a slow start are the usual causes of failure.
